A huge thank you to the incredible team Virgin, your kindness changed everything for Sebbie.
What could have been a stressful, overwhelming day at Heathrow became a moment of humanity because of the way you showed up. With visa delays and uncertainty, you offered patience, reassurance, and genuine care. You helped explore alternative flights, stayed by our side through the challenges, and made sure Sebbie felt safe and comfortable, even welcoming him into the First Class lounge. Your kindness didn't go unnoticed. It made all the difference.
Along the way, Sebbie met Suzanne from Virgin, who took the time to talk with him about his mission — creating assisted-living villages for people like him. This isn't a dream; it's a goal he is determined to achieve, and we're working to raise £1 million to make it happen.
